Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan lets you process up to 25 files per month with no credit card required — enough to evaluate the platform with real files.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch at any time; the difference is prorated.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Pricing is based on the plan and usage shown before checkout. Overage charges, if any, are displayed transparently in your account before they apply.

Do you offer enterprise plans?

Yes. Enterprise plans support higher volume, custom security review, API access, on-premise deployment and dedicated support. Contact the sales team to scope a plan around your workflow.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You will be notified as you approach your monthly limit. Processing pauses until the next billing cycle or you upgrade — we do not auto-charge for overages without your consent.
